Changsha University of Science and Technology (CSUST) is a comprehensive public university located in Changsha, Hunan Province, China. Established through the merger of the former Changsha Institute of Transportation and Changsha Institute of Electric Power, the university has a long history dating back to 1956. Over the years, CSUST has developed into a multidisciplinary institution that integrates engineering as its core strength, while also offering programs in science, management, economics, law, humanities, and art.
The university offers around 30 undergraduate programs, more than 100 master’s programs, and over 20 doctoral programs. Some of its popular English-taught majors include Civil Engineering, Harbor, Waterway and Coastal Engineering, Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering, and Computer Science and Technology. In addition to degree programs, CSUST also provides a one-year Chinese language program for international students. The annual tuition for English-taught undergraduate programs is approximately RMB 16,500, while the Chinese language program costs around RMB 16,000 per year.

- Underage students need to provide a guardian authorization letter.Guardians must work or study in China and provide proof of work or study, as well as identification(Passport or ID).

If students study Bachelor in China, can’t apply ② Students who come to China through tourist visas can apply, Students who come to China through work visas can’t apply ③ If students enter China through non study visas. After obtaining JW202, needs to apply for an X1 visa abroad before go to school

- Students need to pay 500RMB application fee when apply, which will be paid to school, or can’t submit
